Glenburgie 1966 Single Malt Whisky

Glenburgie 1966 Single Malt Whisky was distilled in the old Glenburgie Distillery which was bulldozed in the early 2000's to make way for the current, modern distillery. This whisky is a key ingredient in Ballantine's blend and stands tall on its own as a fine single malt. This is a great Glenburgie from independent bottlers Gordon and MacPhail. It was bottled in 2014.

Colour: Rich amber.
Nose: Sherry notes with a sense of wood polish.
Palate: Fruity and spicy with notes of warm dark chocolate.
Finish: Rich and full with an elegant finale.
