Liqueurs
A liqueur is an alcoholic drink made from a distilled spirit that has been flavoured with some of the following; fruit, cream, herbs, spices and flowers then bottled with added sugar or other sweetener. Liqueurs are therefore typically quite sweet; they are not aged for long after the ingredients are mixed, but may rest during the production process to the flavours to meld. Most liqueurs have a lower alcohol content (15 - 30% abv) than spirits, but some contain as much as 55% abvShowing 1 to 14 of 14 (1 Pages)
