Bottled at cask strength of 44.5%, this 40 year-old Speyside single malt comes in a decanter with engraved matching glasses.
It is all packaged in a red lacquered wooden box; very impressive!
Only 350 individually numbered decanters have been released.
Its release celebrates the dedication and contribution of John Crabbie, a true pioneer in the Scotch whisky industry.
Colour: Rich amber.
Nose: Sweet notes of treacle and golden syrup.
Palate: Warm on the palate; wood spice, dark chocolate and boiled sweets.
Finish: Long, complex and rewarding finish.
