Outstanding Art is a company that creates by hand, from scratch, highly detailed bas relief artworks.

They have some great pieces for sale on their website and the company was honoured to produce a much lauded limited edition piece to commemorate Glasgow Celtic's Lisbon Lions 50th anniversary in May 2017.
