Colour: Deep copper.
Nose: Red apples, toffee, sherry and spicy strudel.
Palate: Lots of Sherry, honey, oak with a building aromatic sensation. Ends with a delightful cinnamon nip.
Finish: Long; sherry, spicy, warm and dry.
