Glenglassaugh 40 Year Old

Glenglassaugh 40 Year Old is an exceptionally fine example of this rare Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It was introduced in 2013 and is a fantastic dram. It was specially crafted by Billy Walker, the Master Distiller of Glenglassaugh. Hand bottled in a tear drop shaped bottle at the Glenglassaugh Distillery, Portsoy. Very, very nice.

Nose: Fresh, ripe fruit and notes of Sherry.
Palate: Thick mouth feel with Sherry, cocoa, raisins and cinnamon.
Finish: Long and very rich. Splendid.
