Glenrothes 1995 Single Malt Whisky

Glenrothes 1995 Single Malt Whisky was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2011 - some sixteen years post distillation. It was aged in 30% first fill American Sherry oak casks and the remainder was aged in first Fill Spanish Sherry Oak casks. It looks the part and it drinks the part; very good indeed.

Colour: Deep gold.
Nose: Crumbed biscuits with honey and cinnamon.
Palate: Sherry, warm chocolate and ripe apple.
Finish: Long and lasting.
