Benromach Cissac Wood Finish 2009 Single Malt Whisky

Benromach Cissac Wood Finish 2009 Single Malt Whisky is first of all matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, then it is transferred over to casks from Château Cissac for just over two years then bottled at 45% abv. 

Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Orchard and tropical fruits; apples, grapes and Seville oranges.
Palate: Slightly smokey with cracked black pepper.
Finish: Warm chocolate, anise and herbs.
