Daftmill Whisky

Daftmill Distillery is a new Scotch Whisky distillery that was granted a distilling licence by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs in 2005. The distillery is located in a converted meal mill on a family owned farm in Fife in the Scottish lowlands. The first Daftmill Whisky was a 12 year old, produced in December 2005. Daftmill has a maximum production capacity of 20,000 litres of alcohol a year. This is a low volume craft whisky distillery.
