Glendronach Parliament 21 Year Old Single Malt

Glendronach Parliament 21 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is from the rapidly expanding Glendronach range named after the Parliament of rooks that live in the trees in the the distillery grounds. A tasty combination of Sherry matured whiskies from both Oloroso and sweet Pedro Ximinez dessert Sherry casks. The result is very good and a must for Sherry advocates.

Nose: Gentle smoke with lemon, cut wood, red apples, turned loam, walnut cake. Then, a hint of freshly ground coffee beans.
Palate: Good body with syrup, raisins, cut oak notes, peach and cherry blossom. All with a dusting of cocoa and ripe melon.
Finish: Not surprisingly, Sherry tones lead the finish. Followed with a hint of chocolate, choice fruits and pepper.
