Strathisla 2005 (bottled 2015) - Gordon & MacPhail

Strathisla 2005 Single Malt Whisky is a great expression from Gordon & MacPhail's "Distillery Labels" range and is therefore uniquely labelled. It was distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2015 at 43% abv. In years gone by many of these unique label designs were used to bottle the whisky under license from the relevant distillery. Today these trusted relationships with distillers enables Gordon & MacPhail to bottle whiskies at various ages, strengths and vintages - all with their unique distillery label.

Colour: Bright gold.
Nose: Creamy with floral notes. Then, lemon zest.
Palate: Vanilla with ripe orchard fruits.
Finish: Medium with peeled fresh oranges and sliced apples.
