The Botanist Gin

The Botanist is a small-batch dry gin made using a total of 31 botanicals - nine classic botanicals and 22 locally foraged botanicals from the island of Islay. Slowly distilled over 17 hours using Islay water from Dirty Dottie's spring in 'Ugly Betty' (the unique Lomond pot-still), The Botanist is a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance.
