Matured in first fill sherry casks , then finished in ex-bourbon barrels, it is bottled at 46% abv. A really great whisky and not to be missed if you have the other bottles in the series.
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Sherry notes on the nose with a slight sense of bourbon.
Palate: Sherry notes prevail with a hint of warm chocolate.
Finish: Long and rewarding.
