Mortlach 20 Year Old Cowie's Blue Seal Single Malt Whisky was matured solely in sherry casks. The ornate bottle is inspired by George Cowie, a Scottish civil engineer who built the distillery in1823. It is very well balanced and complex.
Nose: Wood spice and oak.
Palate: Waxy notes and over ripe fruit.
Finish: Long and rewarding.
