John and Robert Harvey started Harvey's of Edinburgh in 1770 and it was on Christmas Day in 1787 that John Harvey personally selected the whisky to be consumed only by family on that day. John Harvey called this exclusive and secret family whisky Chairman's Choice. Harvey's of Edinburgh bought Speyside Distillery in 2012 and subsequently released Chairman's Choice which is the expression that is represented here.
Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Floral and fruity with vanilla notes.
Palate: Fresh fruit, nutty flavour and a creamy finish.
Finish: Long, gentle and rounded.
