Shetland Reel Gin

Shetland Reel Gin, as the name suggests, is made up in the Shetland Isles on the Island of Unst. The gin is made with eight botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, orris root, cassia bark, citrus peel and apple mint. Many of these are grown on Unst. It is a crisp and light gin. Very nice.
