Delivery Information

Our standard mainland UK delivery service is two working days from the day of order and the charge for that is £5.95 for up to 20kg per order (approximately 12 bottles). Our express UK delivery time is one working day from the day of order and the charge for that is £8.95 for up to 20kg per order. The cut off time for these delivery schedules is 9:30 am on the day of placing the order. Please note, orders placed at the weekend will be processed before 12 noon on the following Monday.

If we run a "free delivery" offer, this will be for UK mainland deliveries only and will be for our standard delivery service. It will also have an end date for the promotion as stated and it will be applicable for orders exceeding a defined currency amount as stated.

All deliveries must be signed for. If you are not going to be home, we are happy to deliver to another designated address which you should highlight during the checkout process.

On receipt of your goods, please check the items carefully and notify us immediately should any items be incorrect or incomplete.

In the event of receiving damaged goods, please notify us immediately; we may ask you to confirm this in writing and supply us with photographs of the damage. Please do not return the goods unless instructed by us and retain the goods and all packaging until the carrier has had an opportunity to review them.

We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non delivery of goods due to wrong information, an incorrectly supplied delivery address or a mistake by the carrier. Additional costs incurred due to an incorrect delivery address being supplied, may incur extra charges which will be payable by you, the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address supplied by you, the customer, we reserve the right to charge the appropriate carriage fee to re-send the goods in addition to any return carriage costs charged to us by the carrier, should there be any. If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent we will, at our discretion, refund the value of the goods, less any return carriage costs, but we are unable to refund the original carriage fee.

If a parcel is returned to us by the carrier after the customer / addressee has failed to uplift the parcel at the carriers depot, upon being told the parcel is being held at the carriers depot, due to the carrier being unable to deliver the parcel for whatever reason, we reserve the right to charge the customer the costs of resending the parcel and charge for any costs levied against us by the carrier for the return of the parcel.

Delivery to The Isle of Man, Lerwick, certain Highlands & Islands postcodes and the Isles of Scilly will incur an £24.95 delivery charge. This will either be applied at checkout or else communicated to the purchaser post transaction. There is no express delivery service available to these postcodes. Some of the postcodes affected are; IM, TR21-TR25, ZE, KW. 

Delivery to Northern Ireland is our standard delivery service and will be charged at £24.95

Actual shipping charges are calculated and confirmed during the checkout process as all products vary in weight due to some products having substantial packaging. It is highly unlikely, however, that the carriage costs will change unless many bottles are ordered. If for whatever reason, the wrong carriage cost is applied to an order, this will be discovered when the order is processed. If this is the case and there is an overcharge, we will refund the difference to the customer prior to the goods being despatched. If the carriage cost has been undercharged for whatever reason, we will contact the customer to secure the correct carriage cost prior to dispatch of the goods.

We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline, but please place your order in sufficient time for time critical items. This is particularly pertinent on the run up to and during the Festive period when delivery delay may occur due to stock availability or courier delays due to volume of business. Please note that some items may be subject to longer delivery times due to their rare nature. This will be communicated at the time of ordering.

We always do our best to deliver items within the parameters of the requested delivery service, however as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If there is any undue delay that we are aware of, we will contact you.

We deliver to the undernoted European countries for the delivery charge highlighted. These delivery charges are for one bottle only. More than one bottle will incur additional delivery charges which will be communicated to you after checkout and additional delivery charges will be payable. The countries we deliver to are; Austria, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden (£29.95).

Please note; all delivery charges highlighted above may be subject to change due to increased costs to us from carriers.

Post Brexit, there will be customs / import duties / taxes and possibly courier administration charges for items delivered to mainland Europe.

The purchaser / receiver will be liable for all customs / import duties / taxes and courier administration charges to the country of delivery if they are applicable.
